Pop art parade

Consistent in her use of fun and vivid colours, Louise Gray’s show for London Fashion Week naturally felt like a pop art parade with candy-coloured confetti in the air.

The designer explained, “I was trying to think more of a wardrobe of what a woman wants. Like the jumpers and the different coats that you can wear to various occasions. I think it really looks like a wardrobe.”

Love the deconstructed look for the pullovers and cardigans in this collection.

The padded harness bustier is a little bizarre but the fringed skirt is very doable.

It’s Gray’s layering of patterns that caught my eye among the clever mix of colours. I mean, who doesn’t like polka dots and checks together?

TGIF and the more reason we should celebrate this with colours!
