Fashion courses for the summer break

Break a leg, change your career path, quit that boring desk job, get rid of that mediocre lifestyle and be yourself.  My lunch conversations this week have revolved around this topic and what better news to land in my inbox than this.

The Cracow School of Art and Fashion Design is offering week-long summer courses; from fashion photography, fashion design, visual merchandising to interior design.  You don’t even need to quit your job, since it’s only for a few weeks and you’ll get to enjoy a vacation in Poland.

Free places are available at the Summer School this July and August and all courses are conducted in English. Click here for more.

The school was founded more than 20 years ago and graduates include Łucja Wojtala, who was one of the finalists of the International Talent Support 2005 in Trieste, Italy and was awarded a three-month internship in John Galliano Atelier in Paris.

And if you do want to quit your job, the school offers a full graduate study programmes and the departments of Fashion Design, Photography and Choreography recently opened their doors to foreign students.

What are you waiting for?
